Kale Chips


1 bunch kale

1-2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tsp sea salt (or to taste)


Preheat oven to 350. Remove leaves from thick stems.  Discard the stems and tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces.  Wash and dry kale pieces.  In large bowl, drizzle kale with olive oil.  Then toss well to evenly distribute the oil and coat each leaf.  Spread leaves on cookie sheet and salt.

Bake until edges are brown but not burnt (~8-12 min.). Serve as a finger food.
